What is Omega-3 

Omega-3 is a group of monounsaturated fatty acids that are essential to various functions within the body. It contains EPA and DHA acids, which are essential fatty acids that the body cannot make by the body, which must be obtained from other foods such as fish, vegetable oils, nuts, seeds, green leafy vegetables and dietary supplements.

Therefore, it must be obtained from the consumption of food only. And almost every system of work within the body is necessary to take advantage of the essential fatty acids such as
